Trip to Greenville

This weekend we were able to go home to Greenville. We went to celebrate my birthday which was the week before and because my aunt, uncle, and cousin were going to be there. We left Friday as soon as I was done with classes. We got to my house in time for supper about 6:30. Eric and Tricia didn’t get in until after 10am. Saturday late afternoon we went to Andrew’s house to visit his family and eat supper. Sunday was the big birthday celebration. We had 19 people come for lunch. The guests were Andrew’s family, Lincoln (Abby’s fiancé), Grandma Q., Grandpa and Grandma Boone, Brandon Boone, Morgan Ridley, Eric and Tricia (and Makaila) Key, and my family. The “kids” ate outside where it was really nice. We had a yummy chocolate cake, and then I opened my presents! I got a frame for my play picture, a frame for a drawing that Stephanie Boone made, some scrapbooking stuff, an iron skillet, a CD, and some headphones. We left about 4pm to head home because I had class on Labor Day.

We had a lot of fun and it was nice to be home. My cousin Makaila is one, and I hadn’t seen her since February. She’s really cute, and we were buddies.  We are hoping to get back down to Greenville sometime in October, maybe for Andrew’s birthday.

I have some pictures, but I’m not sure how to post those. Once they’re posted we’ll let you know.
