		<description>Yes, I would agree that it is a problem. I am sure that you would be a much better teacher than most of the people that get certified. Mindlessly passing classes means only that you passed the class, not that you understood it, or that you can apply it. But, you must admit that certification for the most part does raise the bar to a higher standard than there was before.</description>
